“You, Ye smon rgyal po, you should raise a Bya rdang as the soul-support for the Wer ma in order to bring low the savage demons. Made of the five elements (‘byung ba lnga), by making this sGra bla bya rdangs many savage demons will be brought low. The sky and the earth, and the sun and moon, will be set in order, and wishes will be fulfilled. This is the quality of the sGra bla bya rdang! If the Ta rgyung bya rdang is not untied, if the Klu and gnyan are not accompanied, through the anger of the Ngams and bdud srin, hardship will be inflicted on the divine and human realms. At that, the Ye smon and the the srid pa’i pon po made offerings (brngan) of goats, dogs and pigs to the warrior hosts of the bdud and the srin. And as a consequence rang byad rang gis chem byas nas.
