THIS WEBSITE IS A WORK IN PROGRESS; PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH US!
This section currently presents two sets of ritual performances, with others to be added in the future.
1. A ritual for the subjugation of vampires, hrinen (Tib. sri gnon or sri mnan)
2. A set of three concurrently-performed rituals: a soul retrieval, laguk (bla ’gug), combined with a rite for the acquisition of good fortune, yang-guk (g.yang ’gug) and a particular type of exorcism known as the Three-headed One of the Black Rituals, tonak gosum (gto nag mgo gsum).
Narrative descriptions of the two performances may be found here:
2. gTo nag
At intervals throughout the two descriptions are links of two sorts: first, to the texts that are being read by Lama Tshultrim, in certain cases with his assistants; and secondly, to video footage of the action that is being performed at any given point. If you would like to watch these performances in their entirety, full-length versions of these videos, each divided into parts lasting approximately an hour, are available on YouTube. The titles are as follows:
To Subjugate a Vampire
Soul, Fortune and the Three-Headed Man
